Looking for a New Dentist in Palatine, Illinois?

Doctor Skoog and all of the Staff are “Top Shelf”.
They are always busy, yet the deal with each patient with patience and great care. Even though I never feel “rushed” with Dr. Skoog or any of the Staff, they manage to operate very close to the appointment times. I would recommend this office to anyone?

I had a tooth ache that turned out to be cracked. Dr. Skoog made time to see me despite his busy schedule.

Scheduling appointments is easy and the reminder system works great! The administrative staff is friendly and helpful. The hygienists are careful and Dr. Skoog provides excellent care with good explanations as needed. Wait time in the office is minimal and during the pandemic, extra precautions have been taken. Dr. Skoog and his team are great! My daughter was a new patient and was having pain from a cavity (we had a bad experience at a “pediatric dentist”) we called the office and they got her in quickly. Being a new patient they did a quick exam of my daughter’s teeth and then fixed the cavity. They were quick, kept my daughter at ease (much better than our previous office) and we were out of there in under an hour! Best part is my daughter loved them and said she can’t wait to go back! I was so impressed that I scheduled my next exam there and also had a great experience. Our whole family will be switching to Dr. Skoog, they are highly recommended by our family!

Extremely professional practice in every way. Short wait times combined with a very friendly staff and an extremely conscientious and experienced dentist. Dr Skoog gets it right the 1st time. In addition, his pricing is always very reasonable compared to other dentists!

Great staff and Doctor

Dr Skoog has served our family for nearly 20 years. We needed to find a dentist who practiced “Family Dentistry.”
Dr skoog is someone who gives you options and makes you understand what the process will entail. And, from my opinion, he gives the best shot! What I mean is, you never feel any novocaine he is administering into the area he is repairing.
Dr Skoog is what I refer to as a soft tissue sensitive dentist. He and his staff are keenly aware of making sure you are a comfortable patient.
My wife and I are also sensitive, even though we have insurance, you make sure his services are in line with acceptable rates. (My wife is a ” I don’t want to pay too much for his muffler!”
Dr Skoog runs a fantastic practice. It’s only him and his hygienists. It’s a personal practice that makes you feel like you know what you paid for for what happened in your mouth

Dr. Skoog is very dedicated to his work and the well-being of his patients. On two different circumstances he was able to squeeze me in when he had a fully booked day. He is very good with understanding a patient’s apprehension of dentists. 🙂
